智能电网安全实验平台:设计、实现与仿真 被引量:4

摘要 智能电网安全需要同时考虑电力系统的物理安全和网络的信息安全,目前尚无成熟的实验平台,难以验证理论成果的有效性.本文设计了两个智能电网安全实验平台:智能电网量测设备安全测试平台和智能微电网安全实验平台,实时采集电力系统量测数据,监控信息系统网络流量,支持智能电网各种安全技术的测试验证.设计了电力系统通信网络入侵检测、物理系统量测数据一致性检测、物理-信息系统交叉验证等攻击检测实验,结果显示本平台可对智能电网安全研究的理论成果进行实际测试验证. Smart Grid security is one of most popular topics in security research area. Many researchers focus on various security issues in Smart Grid, such as vulnerability analysis, security threat, attack detection and defense, etc. However, it is difficult to verify their work in the real system, since the Smart Grid security testbed is complicated and lack of standard. In this paper, two Smart Grid security testbeds are designed and implemented, including measurement device security testbed and smarl microgrid security testbed. The measurements in power system and the traffic in network are real-time monitored in the testbed to support the verification of various Smart Grid security technologies. Three attack detection experiments are performed, including intrusion detection in communication network, measurement consistency checking in power system, and cross validation with network traffic and power system measurements. It is shown that the Smart Grid security technologies could be tested and validated in our testbed.
