介绍了36%唑草酮·苯磺隆水分散粒剂的研究过程,通过对载体、润湿剂、分散剂、崩解剂、填料的筛选,最后确定了36%唑草酮·苯磺隆水分散粒剂的优选配方。各组分及含量为:唑草酮22%、苯磺隆14%、载体A40%、EFW3%、木质素磺酸钠7%、硫酸钠3%、玉米淀粉补足100%。试验结果表明,按该配方生产的水分散粒剂在水中分散性好,悬浮率高,润湿时间小于90 s,崩解时间小于60 s,各项指标均符合水分散粒剂的质量要求。

This paper introduced the process of preparation of 36% carfentrazone？tribenuron water dispersible granule（WDG）.After screening for the carrier ,wetting agent,dispersant ,disintegrant,filler,the optimal formula of 36% carfentrazone？tribenuron water dispersible granule（WDG） was established which is 22%carfentrazone, 14%tribenuron, 40%A carrier, 3%EFW, 7%sodium lignin sulfonate, 3%sodium and corn starch for the rest. The experiment results showed that the formulation had good dispersibility and good suspension rate, and wetting time is less than 90s and disintegration time is less than 60s. All indexes of the formulation met the requirement of the quality standard of water dispersible granule.
