摘要 纳米切削技术具有广阔的应用前景,是纳米精度加工,尤其是纳米精度复杂面型加工的重要手段,对整个先进制造业的发展起着重要的支撑作用.建立完整成熟的纳米切削基础理论进而发展高效率、低损伤的可控纳米切削技术是未来先进制造业发展的迫切需求.本文从纳米切削机理研究的常用手段、纳米切削模型、切削极限以及典型材料纳米切削理论及其关键技术等方面,综述了该领域的国内外研究现状及主要成果,并简要介绍了本项目组所开展的相关研究工作.最后对纳米切削机理研究存在的挑战进行了总结和展望. Nanometric cutting is one of the most important processes for nano-precision manufacturing, which is especially for machining intricate surfaces with nanometer-scale roughness and sub-micrometer or even nanometer form accuracy. It has potentially found wide applications and has an excellent perspective in future. Establishing the fundamental theory of nanometric cutting and developing the high-efficiency, low-damage and controllable nanometric cutting technologies are of great significance in the development of advanced manufacturing industry. In this review article, the progress of studying the mechanism of nanometric cutting is presented from the following aspects: the main methods for studying the nanometric cutting mechanism, nanometric cutting model, minimum achievable chip thickness, basic theory and key technologies of nanometric cutting on typical materials. The challenges and future development of the nanometric cutting mechanism study are also discussed.
