摘要
介绍了320万t/a柴油加氢装置K-101压缩机级间冷却器E-106堵塞泄漏,不仅降低了级间冷却器的冷却效果,而且泄漏到循环水中的氢气带来的严重隐患,威胁着装置安全运行,文章对冷却器E-106因工艺介质循环水造成的腐蚀、结垢而导致泄漏的机理、腐蚀形态和影响因素,进行了分析,提出了今后运行中应采取哪些措施,并以此为借鉴,对如何提高整个循环水系统管理,提出了意见和建议。
This paper introduces the blocking leakage in E-106 interstage cooler of K-101 compressor in a 3.2million tons/a diesel hydrogenation unit.The leakage not only reduces the cooling effect of the interstage cooler,but also brings about serious hidden troubles due to the hydrogen leaking into the circulating water,which threatens the safe operation of the unit.This paper makes an analysis on the leakage mechanism,corrosion morphology and influencing factors caused by the corrosion and scaling resulting from the process medium circulating water in E-106 interstage cooler.It presents the measures to be taken in future operation.On the basis of these,the paper puts forward some opinions and the suggestions on how to improve the management of circulating water system.
