摘要
石油化工行业目前在离心式压缩机组上大量应用干气密封技术,随着应用范围的逐渐增大,干气密封在用户使用过程中故障出现频率也在不断增高,机组用干气密封的故障导致经济损失巨大,因此要求用户对干气密封在使用过程中出现的故障能够进行准确的判断分析,并采取有效的处理方法和改进措施,防止故障的重复发生,保证核心设备的安稳运行。
Dry gas seal technology is applied widely in centrifugal compressor unit currently in petrochemical industry.As the application scope increases gradually,the fault frequency of dry gas seal also increases in the application process.And the fault from compressor unit with dry gas seal results in huge economic loss.Therefore,the users are required to judge and analyze faults accurately during the application process and then adopt effective treatment methods and improvement measures to avoid repeated faults and ensure the safe operation of the core equipment.
