摘要
依据不同浓度的氢氧化钠溶液在不同温度下的选材分区图,详细分析了碱液设备及管道在不同浓度及温度情况下的腐蚀性能,以及如何选材才能更加有效地避免腐蚀现象的发生。针对炼化企业某装置碱液设备及管道的腐蚀现状,阐述了碳钢在碱液中的腐蚀行为,分析了碳钢在碱液中发生碱脆应力腐蚀开裂的原因,以及焊缝区最易发生应力腐蚀开裂的原因,提出了相应的预防措施及解决途径,为生产装置的类似问题的发生提供借鉴和指导。
According to the material selection partition map of superalkali solution with different density under different temperature conditions,this paper makes a detailed analysis on the corrosive performance of the equipment and pipelines with alkali lye of different density under different temperature conditions.It also analyzes in details how to select materials to avoid corrosion more effectively.Aiming at the existing corrosion situation of the equipment and pipelines with alkali in a plant of the petrochemical company,the paper elaborates the corrosion of carbon steel in alkali lye and analyzes the causes for the stress cracking from alkali brittleness of carbon steel in alkali lye and the causes for stress corrosion cracking most prone to occur in the welding area.This paper brings forward corresponding preventive measures and solving approaches which provide reference and guidance for similar problems of the process units.
