摘要
对某公司炼油部1号脱硫装置溶剂再生系统的设备及管道腐蚀情况进行了详细总结,通过腐蚀机理及原因分析,认为造成该系统腐蚀减薄泄漏的主要原因是装置设计存在缺陷,材质等级偏低,热稳定性盐含量高,固体物含量高,造成胺腐蚀及冲刷腐蚀加剧,从而导致该系统设备及管道腐蚀减薄泄漏。针对上述原因,通过采取材质升级、投用胺液净化系统、完善系统过滤管理等防护措施,通过在线腐蚀监测系统发现设备及管道腐蚀速率明显下降,取得了良好的防腐效果,保证了该装置安稳长运行。
This paper makes a detailed summary of the corrosion situation of the equipment and pipelines in the 1# desulfurization solvent regeneration system of the Oil Refining Department of certain company.From the corrosion mechanism and cause analysis,it is considered that the main causes for the corrosion leakage of the system include the design defects of the device,the low grade of the material,the high content of thermal stability salt and high solid content.These intensifies the amine corrosion and erosion corrosion and thus results in corrosion leakage of the equipment and the pipelines in the system.Aiming at the above-mentioned reasons,the corrosion rate of the device and the pipeline is found to have decreased obviously by the online corrosion monitoring system after taking such protective measures as upgrading materials,adopting amine liquid purification system and improving the filtering system management.Good anticorrosion effects are achieved,which ensures the safe,stable and long-period operation of the device.
