心理护理干预对门诊输液患儿静脉输液效果的影响

Psychological nursing intervention on outpatient infusion intravenous infusion effects in children

目的探讨并评价心理护理干预对门诊输液患儿静脉输液效果的影响。方法从2011年1月到2014年1月,在我院门诊输液的患儿有1268例,以数字法随机分成观察组(634例)和对照组(634例)。对照组所有患儿均给予常规护理措施;观察组所有患儿在常规护理的基础上,针对不同患儿进行个体化的心理护理干预。结果观察组所有患儿与护士的合作率达96.53%,显著高于对照组的91.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组所有患儿一次性进针成功率为92.43%,显著高于对照组的73.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对门诊输液的患儿加强心理护理干预可以明显提高患儿与护士之间的合作率,同时还可以大大提高一次性静脉穿刺成功率,这样不仅能提高护士的工作效率,也给患儿减少了不少痛苦。同时也大大的增进了医患之间友好关系,大大的减少了护患纠纷的发生。

Objective：To explore and evaluate the psychological nursing intervention on outpatient infusion in children with the influence on the effect of intravenous fluids. Methods：from January 2011 to January 2014,1268 cases in our hos-pital outpatient infusion of children,in digital method randomly divided into observation group（634 cases）and control group（634 cases）. The control group all children were given conventional nursing measures;Group all children on the ba-sis of conventional nursing,psychological nursing intervention according to different individual pre - operation. Results：observation group all children and nurse cooperation rate was 96. 53% ,significantly higher than that of control group 91. 32% ,the difference was statistically significant（ P ﹤ 0. 05）;Observation group all one - time success rate of 92. 43% ,the needles is significantly higher than in the control group 73. 66% ,the difference was statistically significant （P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion：the outpatient infusion of children to strengthen psychological nursing intervention can obviously increase the rate of cooperation between children and nurse,at the same time can also greatly improve the one - time suc-cess rate of vein puncture,such not only can improve the work efficiency of nurses,giving children also reduce a lot of pain. At the same time also greatly enhance the friendly relations between doctor and patient,greatly reducing the occur-rence of the dispute of nurses and patients.
