摘要
盾构隧道成型管片质量的好坏主要表现在管片的错台和隧道与设计轴线的偏差,尤其是在350 m小曲线半径、28‰大下坡的暗挖隧道内掘进更是考验管片的成型质量。根据成都地铁4号线5标实际空推穿越暗挖隧道,对加强管片质量控制进行了深入的研究。
The quality of the finished TBMtunnel shield segment mainly lies in the misplacement of the shield segment and the discrepancy between the tunnel and the designed axle.The mining in tunnels with small radius of 350 m and big gradi-ent of 28‰ is more challenging to the final quality of the shield segment.This article tries to explore the quality control method of the shield segment during the empty-pushing TBM passing the mining tunnel based on the actual practice in Lot 5 of Chengdu Metro Line 4.
