浅谈山区弱风化带嵌岩桩基础开挖施工技术

摘要 结合贵州省新建织金至纳雍铁路Ⅱ标卡拉河大桥3#和4#主墩嵌固桩基础开挖的施工生产实践,对山区弱风化带矩形大体积基础小爆破碎裂开挖法及钢筋混凝土护壁施工工艺进行研究,在保证坑壁规则整齐、不震裂、不超挖、每循环护壁施工周期短的情况下,施工进度及效益均取得良好效果,在类似工程中具有一定的借鉴意义。 Based on construction production practice of footing excavation of socketed piles of the No.3 and No.4 main piers of Kara River Bridge on the second section of newly established Zhijin-Nayong railway,rectangular and bulked light blasting fragmentation method for footing excavation and reinforced concrete dado construction technology were studied. When wall of holes are regular and tidy without shattered crack or over excavation and construction period of each circular dado is short,the engineering achieves good construction progress and effectiveness,and these can be taken as reference by similar projects.
