摘要
依托扬州瘦西湖隧道盾构段工程,通过施工过程和试验结论,列举了盾构机在下穿全断面硬质膨胀性黏土地层时所碰到的一系列施工难题,解析了出现这些施工难题的原因;再结合施工过程中的一些实际做法,来重点说明是如何应对盾构机结泥饼、气压仓大块黏土堆积以及泥水环流系统堵塞等问题;最后提出在硬质黏土地质,盾构机选型时要注意的问题。
The article mainly analyzes the reasons for problems encountered in the construction process of the TBM passing through the full face hard swelling clay layer through the actual construction process and experimental conclusions based on shield tunnel engineering of Yangzhou Slender West Lake.Combined with the practices in the course of construction,the paper addresses the problem of mud cake buildup on the TBM,large pieces of clay accumulation in pressure storehouse and mud circulation system congestion.Finally,it puts forward some points worth considering in the selection of the TBM.
