摘要 常熟发电有限公司2×1 000 mW机组扩建工程F标段江底东线盾构取水隧道修复施工,技术含量高,施工难度大,国内没有同类工程可以借鉴,江下临时封堵墙冻结技术的成功实施为东线隧道修复后续施工提供了安全保障。详细介绍了填充冻结法施工水下临时封堵墙施工工艺、冻结制冷系统设计及施工监测等技术,可为类似地下冻结工程施工提供借鉴。 The repair construction for water tunnel shield in eastern river bottom for 2 ×1 000 mW units F Lot of Changshu Power Company Limited Expansion Project involves high technology,great construction difficult and no domestic similar projects can be taken for reference.The successful implementation of temporary block wall under the frozen river provides security insurances for the subsequent construction of the Eastern tunnel.The paper introduces the under water wall bloc-king process with fill and freeze method,freezing system design and construction monitoring in details to provide reference for similar underground construction freeze.
