脑积水患者脑室-腹腔分流治疗临床研究

摘要 目的分析脑室-腹腔分流治疗脑积水的临床效果。方法收集我院2012年4月-2013年4月期间诊治的脑积水患者80例,随机均分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用脑室外引流治疗,观察组采用脑室-腹腔分流治疗,对两组患者的临床效果进行分析对比。结果观察组总有效率为97.5%,明显高于对照组的77.5%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=7.314,P=0.007);观察组并发症发生率为10.0%,低于对照组的22.5%,但差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.296,P=0.130)。结论脑室-腹腔分流治疗脑积水具有良好的临床效果,值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of ventriculoperitoneal shunt for hydrocephalus. Methods:Eighty cases patients with hydrocephalus from our hospital from April 2012 to April 2013 were divided into the observation group treated with ventriculoperitoneal shunt and the control group by external ventricular drainage,and the clinical effect was compared. Results:Total effective rate of observation group was 97. 5% ,significantly higher than that of the control group (77. 5% )(χ2 = 7. 314,P = 0. 007);observation group complication rate was 10. 0% ,higher than that of the control group(22. 5% ),but the difference was not statistically significant(χ2 = 2. 296,P = 0. 130). Conclusion:Ventriculo per-itoneal shunt for hydrocephalus has good clinical efficacy,which is worth popularizing in clinical application.
