摘要
目的对比分析开腹与腹腔镜两种术式在子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2009年10月至2014年1月间在我院进行治疗的72例子宫肌瘤患者的临床记录资料。结果治疗组的手术时间等观察指标均明显少于对照组,其不良反应发生率为17.46%,也低于对照组的39.68%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To investigate clinical efficacy of open surgery and laparoscopic surgery in treatment of uterine fi-broids. Methods：The clinical records of 72 patients with uterine fibroids from October 2009 to April 2014 in our hospital were reviewed. Results：Surgical time and other indicators of the treatment group was significantly lower than those in con-trol group and incidence of adverse reactions（17. 46% ）was also lower than that in the control group（39. 68% ,P ﹤ 0. 05） . Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in treatment of uterine fibroids is significant.
