摘要 目的研究分析对重症监护病房采用重症监护护理评分系统在人力资源配置中的应用效果。方法选取本院2012年9月-2013年9月期间的120例ICU患者分为对照组与研究组,对照组采用平均分床法进行护理,研究组采用重症监护护理评分系统进行护理,护理后比较两组患者住院时间、费用、并发症的发生情况和患者的满意程度。结果对照组ICU住院时间、医疗费用、并发症发生率均高于研究组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组患者满意度为81.7%,护理人员满意度为68.4%,研究组为96.7%、94.7%,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU采用重症监护护理评分系统可合理分配护理资源,提高护理质量和工作效率,减轻患者的经济负担,提高患者的满意度。 Objective:To study and analyze the application effect of ICU nursing marking system in human resource al-location. Methods:120 ICU patients of our hospital during September 2012 to September 2013 were chosen and divided into the control group and the study group. The control group were nursed by average bed method while the study group were nursed by ICU nursing marking system. After nursing,hospital stays,expenses,occurrence rates of complications and sat-isfaction rates of patients of the 2 groups were compared. Results:ICU hospital stays,expense and occurrence rate of com-plications of the control group were obviously higher than those of the study group(P ﹤ 0. 05);satisfaction rate of patients of the control group was 81. 7% and satisfaction rate of nurses of the control group was 68. 4% while those of study group were 96. 7% and 94. 7%(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:ICU nursing marking system can properly allocate human resources, improve nursing quality and work efficiency,reduce economic burdens of patients and improve satisfaction rate of patients.
