剖宫产腰硬联合麻醉下仰卧位低血压综合征的预防及护理

Prevention and nursing of supine hypotension syndrome after combined spinal epidural anesthesia during cesarean section

目的探讨剖宫产腰硬联合麻醉下仰卧位低血压综合征的预防及护理方法。方法通过对152例剖宫产患者腰硬联合麻醉下仰卧位低血压综合征的原因进行分析,并给予预防及护理。结果 152例产妇表现为烦躁、恶心、呕吐、心悸,血压下降,平均下降幅度为基础值33.4%,最低可达72/35 mmHg,可伴有心率减慢,经过及时对症处理均可恢复。结论剖宫产腰硬联合麻醉下出现仰卧位低血压,是多因素叠加的结果,做好充分术前准备,积极预防、治疗和护理可以避免的。

Objective：To explore prevention and nursing methods of supine hypotension syndrome after combined spinal epidural anesthesia during casarean section. Methods：The reasons for 152 cesarean section cases of supine hypotension syndrome after combined spinal epidural anesthesia were analyzed,and the prevention and nursing care were given. Re-sults：152 cases of maternal manifested irritability,nausea,vomiting,palpitations and blood pressure drops,with an aver-age decline of basic value of 33. 4% ,the minimum was 72 / 35mmHg. Part of them may be associated with decreased heart rate. All were restored after timely treatment. Conclusion：Supine hypotension syndrome after combined spinal epidural an-esthesia in cesarean section is the result of multiple factors,but it can be avoided in making sufficient preoperative prepara-tion,active prevention,treatment and nursing.
