From the viewpoint of practice, by using engineering example, the comprehensive utilization efficiency of underground garage is analyzed and studied from the factors influencing the utilization efficiency of underground garage in order to achieve the better economic benefit and social benefit, which can be referred for the optimizing design of the similar underground garage.
