摘要 主要研究某污水处理厂混凝土施工技术。首先从混凝土原材料、配比方面论述如何通过材料选择、控制及合理设计混凝土配合比,来保证水工构筑物混凝土产品质量。其次针对污水处理厂工程自身特点及水工构筑物混凝土薄壁、超长、超厚,抗裂、抗渗要求高等特点,论述通过对水工构筑物混凝土运输、浇注、保温、养护、预应力二次张拉、膨胀加强带设置、隔离层设置等施工技术措施应用,保证混凝土施工质量,使混凝土工程符合设计要求,保证工程正常使用。 The article mainly studies the concrete construction technology of a wastewater treatment plant,and discusses how to select the materials, control and reasonably design the concrete mixing ratio to ensure the concrete product quality of hydraulic structures from the raw material and mixing ratio of concrete. Aiming at the engineering characteristics of wastewater treatment plant and the high requirements of thin concrete wall, over-length, over-thickness, cracking resistance and leakage resistance of hydraulic structures, the article discusses the application of construction technical measures of concrete transport, pouring, heat preservation, curing, pre-stressing secondary tensioning, setup of expansion reinforcing band and setup of isolation layer of hydraulic structures in order to ensure the concrete construction quality, make the concrete engineering satisfy the design requirement and ensure the projects under the normal use.
