天津中心城区是一般平原地区,经过多年的规划实践,道路竖向规划作为各项工程建设、管理的纽带之一,发挥了重要作用。由于国家规范中的道路竖向规划技术方法侧重于修建性详细规划阶段,对于控制性详细规划阶段道路竖向规划的编制,缺少宏观指导。为此,该文从天津规划实践总结出控制性详细规划阶段道路竖向规划编制的一般路线和方法,期望对类似于天津的平原地区道路竖向规划编制起到一定参考作用。

The center city area of Tianjin is the general plain region. After many years of planning practice,the vertical planning of roads, as one of various engineering construction and management links, plays the important role. Owing to the road vertical planning technical method in the national standard focusing on the detailed planning stage of repair and construction, there is no macroscopic direction for the compilation of road vertical planning in the controlling detailed planning stage. Therefore, the article sums up the general lines and methods for the compilation of road vertical planning in the controlling detailed planning stage according to the planning practice of Tianjin in order to be referred for the compilation of road vertical planning of the plain regions similar to Tianjin.
