摘要
该文对现行《城镇道路养护技术规范》(CJJ36-2006)和《公路技术状况评定标准》(JTG H20-2007)中路面状况指数PCI计算方法进行分析研究。通过研究得出结论:《城镇道路养护技术规范》(CJJ36-2006)中PCI采用权函数进行加权综合计算方法有较为明显的缺陷,《公路技术状况评定标准》(JTG H20-2007)中PCI计算模型较为合理,但其对于线状损害计入宽度,转化为面积计量时,宽度的取值不合理。两种计算方法均有不合理之处,需要改进。
The article analyzes and studies the PCI calculation method in Town Road Maintenance Technical Specifications(CJJ 36-2006) and Highway Technical Condition Evaluation Standard(JTG H20-2007). The conclusion is that there are many obvious defects in the method of PCI using weight function for comprehensive weighted calculation in Town Road Maintenance Technical Specifications(CJJ 36-2006). The PCI calculation model is more reasonable in Highway Technical Condition Evaluation Standard(JTG H20-2007).But for the linear damage in width, the width valuing is not reasonable when it is translated into the area measurement. Two calculation methods are not reasonable and are required to improve.
