闭式双泥龄AO工艺是一种实用新型工艺,以定量配水和菌种混合回流为基础手段实现"按需硝化"以降低建设和运行成本,但由于硝化菌的时代周期较异养菌长,在污泥混合回流时容易被稀释流失。该研究通过计算机仿真技术对闭式双泥龄AO工艺进行模拟,发现通过调节配水比可以影响系统中硝化菌和异养菌的浓度,但不会造成硝化菌的彻底流失。延长污泥龄将同时提高硝化菌和异养菌的浓度,且对硝化菌作用更为明显。硝化液回流对菌种基本不产生影响。
The closed double sludge age AO process is a new utility technology, and realizes the reduction of construction and operation costs 'according to the quantifying nitrification' by the basic means of quantitative wastewater and nitrobacteria mixed return. However, the concentration of nitrobacteria is easy diluted and lost during the sludge mixing return because of the nitrobacteria period longer than heterotrophic bacteria. The article introduces the simulation of the closed double sludge age AO process by the computer simulation technology. The result shows that the adjustment of wastewater distribution ratio can affect the concentrations of nitrobacteria and heterotrophic bacteria in system, but will not cause the total loss of nitrobacteria. Extending the age of the sludge will enhance the concentrations of both nitrobacteria and heterotrophic bacteria, and the nitrobacteria function is more obvious. Nitrified liquid recycling has little effect on the nitrobacteria.
