摘要
唐山城市排水有限公司所属北郊再生水处理厂是为工业用户提供循环冷却水的补充水,对氨氮的要求较高,根据污水厂尾水指标情况,设计采BIOSMEDI生物滤池工艺去除氨氮指标。该文介绍了其基本结构与运行原理、工程设计与运行效果,以及工艺特点。根据该工程一年多的运行效果观察及水质监测,结果表明,BIOSMEDI生物滤池对氨氮的去除率达到35%左右,出水水质达到预期要求。
Northern Suburb Reuse Water Treatment Plant of Tangshan Urban Drainage Co., Ltd. supplies the make-up water for circulating cooling water to the industrial users. Its ammonia nitrogen is required highly.Based on the tail water indexes, the BIOSMEDI biological filter technology is used to remove the index of ammonia nitrogen in the design. The article introduces its basic structure and operation principle, engineering design and operation effect, and technological characteristics. Based on the operation effect and water quality monitor of this project for more than one year, the result shows that the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen is about 35% by the BIOSMEDI biological filter, and the effluent quality reaches the expected requirements.
