摘要
在简述市政排水管道工程造价组成的基础上,针对普通计算方法难以满足工程项目区域性、时效性的情况,分析概括了工程造价动态化估算的优势及其控制要点,介绍了采用单位分项工程经济指标进行动态化估算的步骤,并通过对河南省郑州市某实体工程项目的估算,验证了动态化估算对前期阶段费用控制的有效性。可为其他地区市政排水管道工程的匡算、估算提供借鉴和参考。
Aiming at the situation of the common calculation method hard to satisfy the regionalization and time effectiveness of engineering project, the article briefly describes the engineering cost constitution of municipal drainage pipeline, analyzes and summarizes the superiority and control gist of engineering cost dynamic estimation, and introduces the step using the unit sub-item engineering economic index to carry out the dynamic estimation. According to the estimation of an engineering project in Zhengzhou City of Henan Province, the article validates the efficiency of dynamic estimation to the cost control of early stage, which can be referred for the estimation of the municipal drainage pipeline projects in the other regions.
