Study on Reconstruction Scale of Urumqi Expressway Network

在乌鲁木齐市人口、用地、社会经济、机动化水平等要素突破预期增长的态势以及中心城内的交通需求远远超出当年的规划预测总量背景下,基于乌市核心区交通需求的分析,并结合国内特大城市快速路网的发展经验与教训,论证了乌市外环路内快速路网密度及路网总容量提升改建的规模。

Under the background of the population, land, social economy, mechanizing level and the other key elements of Urumqi breaking through the expected growth and the traffic demand of central city area far exceeding the total planned forecast traffic in the same year, based on the analysis of the core area traffic demand in Urumqi and according to the development experience and lesson of expressway networks in the large cities of China, the article demonstrates the density of expressway network in the Outer Ring Line and the scale of total capacity upgrade reconstruction of road network in Urumqi.
