摘要
物流园区不同于城市的其它区域,由于产业要素以及物流中心、货运场站等货运设施高度聚集,在货运需求方面存在明显的大运量特点。"大",一方面体现在企业原材料的进货量大和企业产成品的输出量大;一方面体现在企业原材料和产成品的运输需要大型货车。大量的大型货车开到道路上势必会造成严重的交通堵塞、交通安全以及环境污染等后果,所以对物流园区内的货运交通做出合理交通预测具有极为重要的意义。针对开发区货运与交通之间的联系,结合传统四阶段预测方法,深入研究物流园区的货运组织模式,以期得到合理的预测结果。
The logistics park is different from the other areas of city. Owing to the industrial elements and the high aggregation of freight facilities in logistics center, freight station and so on, the obvious characteristic of large volume is in the freight transport demand. The large volume on the one hand reflects the great purchase of raw materials and the great output of finished products of enterprise, on the other hand reflects the large-sized truck required for the transport of raw materials and finished products of enterprise. A large of large-sized truck driving on road certainly will cause the serious traffic congestion, traffic safety and environmental pollution. Therefore, it is very important to carry out the reasonable traffic forecast of freight forecast in logistics park. Aiming at the relationship between a developing area and the traffic, and combined with the traditional 4-stage forecast method, the article further discusses the fright transport organization mode of logistics park in order to achieve the reasonable forecast result.
