初发2型糖尿病患者血清中期因子表达水平及其临床意义 被引量:1

Clinical value of the expression of serum midkine in patients with new-onset type 2 diabetes

摘要 目的:探讨初发2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清中期因子(MK)水平的表达及其临床意义。方法:选取2010年2月至2013年4月我科门诊及住院的初发T2DM患者及健康体检者共98例,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定MK水平,同时测定高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胰岛素(Ins)水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI),对相关数据进行对比分析。结果:T2DM患者血浆MK及hs-CRP水平明显高于正常人(P<0.01);血清MK水平与hs-CRP、HbA1c、IRI呈正相关(r=0.434、0.415、0.449,均P<0.01)。Logistic多元回归分析显示:MK水平、IRI、HbA1c、hs-CRP与T2DM密切相关。结论:T2DM患者MK表达水平与胰岛素抵抗及hs-CRP密切相关,是T2DM的危险因子之一。 Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of the expression level of serum midkine( MK) in patients with new-onset type 2 diabetes. Methods: The survey was conducted in 78 patients with new-onset type 2diabetes( type 2 diabetes group) and 20 healthy subjects( normal control group) selected from the special care medical center of Naval General Hospital of PLA between February 2010 and April 2013. The level of serum MK,serum insulin and high-sensitivity c-reactive protein( hs-CRP) were determined by Elisa method. The insulin resistance index( IRI) was determined. Then the related data were analyzed. Results: In new-onset type 2 diabetes group,the levels of serum MK,hs-CRP,and IRI were significantly higher( P 〈 0. 05) compared with normal control group. In patients with new-onset type 2 diabetes,the level of serum MK positively correlated with hs-CRP,HbA1 c and IRI( r = 0. 434,0. 415,0. 449,all P 〈 0. 01). Logistic regression analysis showed: the levels of serum MK,hs-CRP,HbA1 c and IRI were closely associated with new-onset type 2 diabetes. Conclusions: There are correlation between the expression level of serum MK and insulin resistance,hs-CRP in patients with new-onset type 2 diabetes. The level of serum MK is one of the risk factors for new-onset type 2 diabetes.
