声带良性增生性病变伴真菌感染36例的临床分析

Clinical analysis of 36 cases of benign laryngeal lesions accompanied with fungal infection

目的:总结声带良性增生性病变伴真菌感染的临床资料,探讨其诊断和治疗。方法:回顾性分析2005年4月至2014年2月我科收治的声带良性增生性病变伴真菌感染患者36例的临床资料。结果:36例患者均确诊为声带良性增生性病变伴真菌感染,经手术切除病变组织、禁声治愈。结论:声带良性增生性病变伴真菌感染的临床特征不典型,病理组织检查是确诊的主要方法,手术切除病变组织同时配合禁声效果较好。

Objective： To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of the patients with benign laryngeal lesions accompanied with fungal infection. Methods： A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical dates of 36 cases of benign laryngeal lesions accompanied with fungal infection in our hospital from April 2005 to February2014. Results： The diagnosis was confirmed as benign laryngeal lesions accompanied with fungal infection by pathological findings. They were cured by debridement and voice prohibition. Conclusion： Benign laryngeal lesion accompanied with fungal infection is untypical, which is diagnosed mainly depended on the pathological examination and can be cured by operation and voice prohibition.
