摘要 烧结砖瓦原料颗粒组成的重要性仅次于原料的化学组成,其对确定所生产产品的品种和制定合理的生产工艺技术,以及对产品性能质量有极为重要的影响。良好的颗粒组成须严格控制临界颗粒,使之符合工艺规定,同时颗粒级配要合理恰当。在生产的各环节、各工序还要避免和消除颗粒离析现象,确保生产运行正常和产品质量优良。 The importance of sintered brick raw material particles composition is second only to the chemical composition of material and it has a significant production impact on determining the variety of the and formulating reasonable technology, as well as the performance production quality of products.
