厂拌SBS改性沥青混合料配合比设计与施工探讨

摘要 近年来,随着我国基础设施建设力度不断强化,道路交通材料研究也在不断深入,目前城市主要道路基本采用沥青路面,由于改性沥青路面拥有良好的使用性能、耐久性、抗高温变形能力、抗低温缩裂能力、耐老化、抗疲劳、抗剥离能力等优势,在全国各地的城市道路和高速公路的应用实践,取得了良好的效果。在改性沥青混合料中,SBS改性沥青混合料的技术经济优势更为明显,发展前景更为广阔。简要探讨SBS改性沥青混合料与普通沥青混合料的区别,以及SBS改性沥青混合料的配合比设计和施工技术。 In recent years, with the continuous strengthening of infrastructure construction force in China, the study of road traffic materialis also continuously deepened.At present,the main road of city is basically used of asphalt pavement. Owing to the superiorities of good using performance, durability, anti high temperature deformation ability, anti low temperature shrinkage cracking ability, anti aging, anti fatigue and anti stripping ability, the modified asphalt pavement is applied and practiced in the urban roads and expressways all over the countrywith the good effect. In the modified asphalt mixture, the technical and economical superiorities of SBS modified asphalt mixture is more obvious, and its development prospect is wider. The article briefly discusses the difference of SBS modified asphalt mixture from the common asphalt mixture, and its mixing ratio design and construction technologies.
