Durability Design of Xitong Road Elevated Bridge in Caofeidian Industrial Area

该文根据西通路高架桥主桥处于渤海湾填海造地工程上的环境条件、桥梁结构特点,介绍了其桥面板的耐久性设计,并提出了满足设计基准期100 a的技术措施,以及施工要点。桥面板混凝土采用高性能混凝土,并采用适当的保护层及控制裂缝宽度等措施,还对高性能混凝土的原材料、配合比、拌制、浇筑、养生等施工环节制定相应的质量保证措施。

Based on the environmental condition and bridge structural characteristic of the main bridge of Xitong Road Elevated Bridge located at Bohai Bay Reclamation Engineering Field, the article introduces the durability design of its deck plate, and puts forward the technical measures and construction gist satisfying the design reference period 100 a. The high-performance concrete is used for the deck plate, and the measures of using proper protective cover and controlling crack width are taken. Also the corresponding measures for quality assurance in the construction links of raw material, mixture ratio, mixing, pouring and curing of high-performance concrete are formulated.
