摘要 污泥干化使得污水处理厂"水、气、渣、泥"得到全面达标,是实现污泥稳定化、减量化、无害化的重要手段,得到了人们的接受和认可。但由于干化事故的频发,使得污泥干化的安全性问题成为人们关注的重心。该文通过对污泥干化系统可能出现的安全隐患进行分析论述,提出保障系统运行安全性的措施建议,为污泥干化系统设计中安全性的问题,提供借鉴和参考。 The process of sludge drying helps the wastewater treatment plant(WWPT) meet the standards of 'water, gas, slag and sludge'. It is also an important method to achieve sludge stabilization, reduction and harmlessness, which has been widely accepted and recognized. However, due to the spontaneous combustion during drying, dust explosions and other accidents occur frequently to make the sludge drying security issues become the focus of attention. This paper analyses the potential safety risks in sludge drying system, proposes recommendations for operational safety of system, and provides references for the design of safety issues in sludge drying system.
