高速公路沥青混凝土路面平整度施工控制技术研究

随着市场经济的高速发展,我国的高速公路建设也逐渐完善。同时随着生活水平的提升,人们对高速公路沥青路面的使用性能和质量的要求也越来越高。路面平整度是评价路面使用性能和质量的一个重要指标,与车辆在行驶时的驾驶质量,以及高速公路基本功能的充分发挥有着直接关系。该文分析了沥青混凝土路面平整度的各项影响因素,如材料使用不规范、车辙病害、水损害,路面平整度差等问题;从沥青层面的施工的角度,考虑影响工程质量的各个环节,提出了沥青混凝土路面的质量控制方法。

With the high-speed development of market economy, the construction of expressway is also gradually perfected in China. At the same time with the improvement of living standard, the requirement of the people is higher and higher for the using performance and quality of expressway asphalt pavement. The pavement smoothness is an important index to estimate the using performance and quality of pavement, and is directly related with the driving quality of vehicle and the fully playing of basic function of expressway.The article analyzes various influence factors on asphalt concrete pavement smoothness, i.e. nonstandard using of material, rut defect, water damage and poor pavement smoothness. The article considers every link affecting the engineering quality and puts forward the quality control method of asphalt concrete pavement from the angle of asphalt surface construction.
