摘要
在成都市二环路改造工程中,为了最大限度地利用既有桥梁,减少资源浪费和环境污染,对二环路上的原清水河立交引桥采取了调坡顶升改造,使改造完成后的桥梁与新建高架桥无缝对接。该文介绍了其顶升改造的关键技术,主要有:支架基础加固、顶升支撑体系与限位、PLC控制液压同步顶升。
In order to utilize the existing bridge, and decrease the resource waste and environmental pollution at the most in the Chengdu Ring 2 Road Reconstruction Project, the lifting sloping reconstruction is used for the approach of the original Qingshui River Interchange in Ring 2 Road to make the reconstructed bridge and the newly built elevated bridge connected without the seams. The article introduces its key technology of lifting reconstruction, mainly being the support foundation reinforcement, lifting support system and spacing,PLC control of hydraulic synchronous lift.
