摘要
基于MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台,采用平均值法建立柴油机仿真模型,进行柴油机工作过程的仿真。以4190 ZLC-2型船用增压四冲程柴油机为例进行试验,并将试验数据与原机试验数据进行对比,证明模型具有较高的仿真精度。在此基础上,利用该仿真模型研究压缩比对4190ZLC-2型柴油机性能的影响,为柴油机的性能开发和优化设计提供依据。
The simulation model of 4190 ZLC-2 type 4-stroke turbocharged marine diesel engine in average is established on MATLAB/Simulink platform and the working process of the engine is simulated with the model.The model is verified by comparing the simulation results with actual engine test data.The effects of compression ratio on performances of 4190 ZLC-2 type marine diesel engine is studied through simulation with the model.The results of simulation can be the base of development and optimization of similar engine.
