The Lingangxincheng port has been put into operation since late 2013 to support the development of the zone. The wharfs with their traffic fairways and the anchorages with the layout and their functions are introduced. The methods and precautions for the navigation and operation in relevant fairways and berthing ＆ unberthing specially in this port are elaborated according to the experience of the authors.
