Ship Vibration and Noise Control Based on“Source-Path-Receiver”Method

摘要 针对国际海事组织MSC《船上噪声等级规则》修订案对我国造船业带来的挑战及船舶结构振动工程预报难点,研究船舶结构声传递规律,提出"源-路径-接受点"的系统分析法。按"振动源强度估算-传递路径计算-接受点能量分析"过程对船室空气噪声级进行计算,利用现场数据观测和数值模拟相结合的方法进行船舶结构振动的快速工程预报,开发"源-路径-接受点"法分析软件。对某船舱段进行噪声预报和半实物模拟分析,结果表明:"源-路径-接受点"法减少了船舶振动预报时间及设计风险,船舶舱室噪声预报误差<3 d B。 The amendments to the "Code on Noise Levels Ouboard Ships" of MSC IMO challenge the shipbuilding industry and bring difficulties to the engineering forecasting of ship structure vibration. The noise and vibration sources in ship struc- ture and the law of vibration transmission are analyzed and the "Source-Path-Receiver" (S-P-R) systematic analysis meth- od is put forth. The cabin air noise is calculated in accordance with "intensifying estimation of the vibration sources, calcu- lation of transmission, energy analysis of reception", and the fast engineering forecasting of ship structure vibration is made in conjunction with online data observation and data simulation. The response characteristics of a ship to noise and vibration are determined through both the noise analysis calculation and the semi-physical simulation experiment in the ship stem. The results show that the "S-P-R" method reduces the time for forecasting ship vibration and the design risks with the noise forecasting error of less than 3 dB
