摘要
目的评价糖尿病对血液透析患者生存质量及营养状况的影响。方法选取北京市3所三级甲等医院血液净化中心规律血液透析≥3个月的患者180例,对其进行生存质量及营养状况评价。生存质量评价采用肾脏疾病生存质量专用量表,营养状况评价指标包括血红蛋白和白蛋白。结果糖尿病患者在躯体功能、情绪角色、情感健康、症状与不适、肾病对生活的影响、整体健康6个领域的评分低于非糖尿病患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患糖尿病的血液透析患者白蛋白明显低于非糖尿病的血液透析患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合并糖尿病的血液透析患者的生存质量及营养状况明显低于非糖尿病的血液透析患者,严重影响其死亡率及长期生存率,应引起临床医护人员的关注。
Objective To evaluate the effects of diabetes on quality of life and nutritional status of hemodialysis patients. Methods Totally, 180 hemodi- alysis patients from three 3A - level hospitals in Beijing were recruited and their quality of life and nutritional status were evaluated. Quality of life was assessed using the Kidney Disease Quality of Life Short Form ( KDQOL - SF), nutritional status indicators included hemoglobin and albumin. Results Scores in six di- mensions rated physical functioning, role emotional, mental health, symptoms and discomfort, the impact of kidney disease on daily life, overall health of diabetes patients were significantly lower than non - diabetic group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The level of albumin in hemodialysis patients with diabetes was significantly lower than non - diabetic hemodialysis patients (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Quality of life and nutritional status in hemodialysis patients with diabetes mellitus are significantly lower than non - diabetic hemodialysis patients, which seriously affecte their mortality and long - term survival.
