江西基层医院护士老年护理专业能力培训需求的调查研究

Investigation of nurses' geriatric nursing training needs in primary hospitals in Jiangxi Province

目的调查江西基层医院护士老年护理专业能力现状及培训需求,为在职护士老年护理培训和学院教学提供参考。方法采用自行设计的基层医院护士老年护理专业能力现状及培训需求调查问卷,对江西省6所基层医院从事临床及老年相关护理的202名护士进行问卷调查。结果 75.74%的被调查者从未接受过老年护理专业培训;老年护理知识和技能掌握中,人际交往与沟通的能力掌握程度最高,占19.80%;老年护理的先进理念及方法掌握程度最低,占0.99%。94.55%的护士认为有必要进行老年护理专业培训。结论江西基层医院护士老年护理专业能力偏低、培训缺失,培训需求、意愿强烈,急需加强基层医院护士老年护理在职教育的研究,制订科学的培训制度和方案加以推广和实施。

Objective To investigate nurses＇current situations and training needs of geriatric nursing in primary hospitals in Jiangxi Province, so as to pro- vide references for geriatric nursing training of nurses. Methods A self - designed questionnaire about current situations and training needs of geriatric nursing was conducted in 202 nurses in 6 primary hospitals in Jiangxi Province. Results About 75.74% respondents had never accepted professional training of geriatric nursing, and 19.80% nurses mastered skills of interpersonal communication in terms of geriatric nursing knowledge and skills, which was the highest. O. 99% nurses mastered advanced concepts and methods related to geriatric nursing, which was the lowest. 94.55% of respondents considered that professional training on geriatric nursing was necessary. Conclusion Low geriatric nursing competence,lack of training, strong needs and desire of training exit in nurses of primary hospitals in Jiangxi province. Itg suggested to enhance in - service training on geriatric nursing and establish scientific training program.
