摘要
目的探讨护理不良事件追踪检查的方法及实施干预效果。方法对2013年发生的267例不良事件进行追踪检查,对管理过程中存在的环节质量问题进行分析,根据问题提出改进措施。结果护理环节质量问题及不良事件发生率呈现下降趋势。结论对护理不良事件管理进行追踪检查,实施改进措施后可以提高护理质量。
Objective To discuss the method and effect of tracing inspection on nursing adverse event management. Methods The ：267 cases of nursing adverse events occurred in 2013 were traced and inspected ,then the link quality problems in management process were analyzed. Based on the problems, counter- measures were proposed. Results The incidences of link quality problems and adverse events decreased significantly. Conclusion Through the implementation of tracing inspection and improvement measures.nursing, qualitv could be imvroved.
