摘要
为提高中小跨度网格结构的装配化水平,提出了一种工厂预制、施工方便、可反复拆卸、承载能力可靠的新型套筒丝扣节点。利用对接套筒节点单元分析了节点受力特性以验证其可行性。根据对接套筒丝扣节点的对称性,通过ANSYS建立1/8三维对称实体有限元模型,分析了钢管壁厚、套筒壁厚、丝扣螺距及数量等参数间的定量关系以及对节点轴向拉、压力学性能的影响。在此基础上,最终确定了套筒丝扣节点构造及几何参数。为验证数值模拟方法的合理性,利用试验测试了轴向拉力、压力作用下节点的力学性能,结果表明理论分析数据与试验结果吻合较好。
A new type of Threaded-Sleeve Cast Steel Connection (TSCSC), which has the advantages such as easily to be fabricated,good loading capacity, conveniently to be assembled or disassembled, was developed to improve the prefabrication degree of in-using mid-span spatial grid structures. In this paper, the butt type of TSCSC is analyzed to verify the feasibility of the connection. Based on the symmetrical body of the connection, the 1/8 part threedimensional analytical model was established using ANSYS to investigate the properties of the TSCSC. The relationships between the bearing capacity and the parameters such as the thickness of the pipe, the thickness of the sleeve,pitch and number of threads were analyzed in detail, and the rules of stress variation of the TSCSC were illustrated as well. The structural parameters of the TSCSC were then determined. To verify the reasonability of analytical model, tests of specimens under axial loads were carried out. It is shown that the experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical results.
