临床药师培养的经验与体会

Experience and Perception of Clinical Pharmacist Training

临床药师的培训,除了要求严密组织、严格管理,理论与实践结合之外,科学带教尤为重要。本文结合工作实践,阐述我院临床药师培养和开展药学服务的方式,总结培训的经验与体会。以期为探讨适合我国国情的临床药师培养模式,切实做好临床药师培训工作提供参考。

Besides accurate organization and strict management, clinical practice is the most important way for clinical pharmacist training. Based on practices, the manner of clinical pharmacist training and pharmaceutical care in the training base of our hospital were discussed and training experience and perception were summarized. Suggestions were provided to explore training model of clinical pharmacist in according with the special condition of our country, and to accomplish clinical pharmacist training practically.
