摘要
[目的]建立测定断血流中的香蜂草苷含量的方法,考察不同产地断血流中香蜂草苷的含量。[方法]采用Zorbax Eclipse XDB C-18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5.0μm),柱温25℃,流动相为甲醇-水(48∶52),流速0.8 ml/min,检测波长285 nm。建立了高效液相色谱法测定断血流中香蜂草苷的含量。[结果]香蜂草苷在20.84~104.20μg/ml的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 4),平均加样回收率(n=9)为98.63%(RSD=2.57%)。[结论]所建方法快捷简便、准确、重复性好,可作为断血流中香蜂草苷含量检测的方法。
[ Objective ] To establish a method by DAD-HPLC for determining the content of didymin in Duanxueliu herb from different habitats. [ Method ] Zorbax Eclipse XDB C-18 chromatographic column (4.6 mm × 150 mm,5.0 μm) and methanol-water (48:52) as mobile phase were comployed, at a flow rate of 0.8 ml/min, a detecting wavelength at 285 nm. [ Result] The standard curve of didymin was linear in the range of 20. 84 - 104.2 μg/ml ( r = 0. 999 4). The average recovery of didymin was 98.63% with the RSD of 2.57% ( n = 9 ). [ Conclusion ] This method is rapid,simple, sensitive, reliable,accurate and suitable for the analysis and determination of didymin in Duanxueliu herb.
