苹果及土壤中二氰蒽醌残留量的高效液相色谱分析 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]建立苹果及土壤中二氰蒽醌残留量的高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]苹果、土壤样品在酸性条件下用乙腈提取,经C18净化后,以水-乙腈为流动相(3∶7,V/V),在检测波长254 nm条件下采用HPLC-UV测定了其中二氰蒽醌残留量。[结果]方法的检出限为9.5μg/kg,平均添加回收率为82.8%~92.4%,相对标准偏差为0.8%~7.2%。[结论]方法快速、准确度高,适用于苹果及土壤中二氰蒽醌残留量的测定。 [ Objective] To establish HPLC method for deter mining dithianon residue in apple and soil. [ Method] Soil and apple samples were extracted with acetonitrile, after purification by C ts, with water-acetonitrile as mobile phase (3:7, V/V), under the detection wavelength of 254 nm, dithianon residue was deter mined by HPLC. [ Result ] The method detectable limit is 9.5 μg/kg, the average recovery rate is 82.8% - 92.4%, the relative standard deviation is 0.8% -7.2%. [ Conclusion] The method is fast, simple and sensitive with good accuracy.
