摘要
采用层次分析法,对铜川市2009~2013年的水安全状况进行分析和评价,结果表明:2006年安全等级最低,2013年安全等级最高,铜川地区水资源安全状况处于非常安全状态;在2006~2013年度内水资源安全评价程度稳中有升,增幅不等;2010~2011年度内,水资源安全程度异常下降,为综合因素所影响。在此分析评价结果上,对水资源安全变化局势进行预测以及提出科学合理的管理决策,可保障铜川市在新时期下对水资源的安全需求。
Using analytic hierarchy process ( AHP), water security situation was analyzed and evaluated in Tongchuan City during 2009 - 2013, the results showed that: the lowest security level is in 2006; Security ranks the highest in 2013, Tongchuan region water resources security situation in a very safe state ; During 2006 - 2013, degree of water safety assessment steadily increase ; During 2010 - 2011, water resources safety degree abnormally decline, influenced by comprehensive factors ; On the basis of assessment results, the variation trend of water safety was predicted, seientific and reasonable management strategies were put forward, guaranteeing demands on water security under new period in Tongchuan City.
