摘要
[目的]研究优化用醇提法从榛蘑中提取粗多糖的工艺。[方法]以榛蘑为试材,通过L9(33)正交试验,研究了料液比、乙醇浓度、浸提时间对榛蘑粗多糖醇提提取率的影响。[结果]试验显示,乙醇浓度和浸提时间是影响榛蘑粗多糖醇提提取率的主要因素,榛蘑粗多糖醇提最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶10,乙醇浓度30%,时间3 h。[结论]研究可为榛蘑粗多糖的进一步开发利用提供参考。
[ Objective] To optimize ethanol extraction technology of crude polysaccharides from Armillariella mellea. [ Method] The effect of the ratio of material to liquid, ethanol concentration, extraction time on the extraction rate of crude polysaccharides from Armillariella mellea was studied through L9 ( 33 ) orthogonal test. [ Result] The results showed that ethanol concentration and extraction time are the main factors influencing the extraction rate of crude polysaccharides from Armillariella mellea. The optimum extraction processes were the ratio of solid to liquid 1: 10, ethanol concentration 30%, time of 3 h. [ Conclusion ] The study can provide reference for further development and utilization of crude polysaccharide from ArmillarieUa meUea.
