介绍了我国现行稻米质量标准体系,并比较分析了国内外稻米品质标准和安全卫生标准,从而提出了我国稻米质量标准发展建议,为我国完善稻米质量标准提供参考。

The current quality standards system of rice was introduced, the rice quality standards and the rice safety and hygiene standards at home and abroad were comparatively analyzed. Suggestions of developing rice quality standards were put forward, which will provide the refer- ence for improving Chinese rice quality standards.
