土地整治效益评价是土地整治的重要组成部分,也是土地整治工作研究中的热点问题。该研究对国内外土地整治效益评价的发展历程进行整理与总结,并对土地整治效益评价内容和方法进行分析,提出构建结合经济效益评价、社会效益评价、生态效益评价3类评价指标体系为一体的土地整治效益评价模型,旨在为推进土地整治规划效益评价研究发展提供合理方向。

Land consolidation benefit evaluation forms an important part of land consolidation. It is also a hot topic in the study of land consolidation work. The studies on the development of land consolidation benefit evaluation at home and abroad were reviewed, the content and methods of land consolidation benefit evaluation were analyzed, then a land consolidation benefit evaluation model which combines the index systems of economic evaluation, social benefit evaluation and ecological benefit evaluation together as a whole was proposed, so as to provide reasonable direction for promoting the development of land consolidation planning benefit evaluation research.
