摘要 水利工程其生态环境影响评价是一项十分复杂的工程。文章阐述了基于德尔菲法和层次分析法理论建立的生态环境影响综合评价体系,并运用该评价体系分析和评价了黔中水利枢纽工程建设对其生态环境的影响程度,确定了该工程的17项评价指标及其评分等级和权重,综合评价的结果为良,认为得到了较为合理、可靠的生态环境影响评价结果,同时证实了该评价体系的实用性。 The ecological environment impact assessment of hydraulic project construction is a complex project. The author establishes the comprehensive evaluation system of ecological environmental impact, the system based on the theory of Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process. And the author uses the evaluation system analyzing and evaluating the influence degree of Qianzhong water conservancy project on the ecological environment. The 17 indexes of the project which include rating and weight are determined. The comprehensive evaluation result is well and the result of ecological environment impact assessment is reasonable and reliable which proves the practicability of the evaluation system.
