摘要
[目的]测定琉璃苣籽油中脂肪酸的含量。[方法]采用超临界CO2流体萃取方法获取琉璃苣油,并采用气相色谱对琉璃苣籽油进行了脂肪酸的含量分析。[结果]琉璃苣种子营养丰富,含有10.05%的棕榈酸、4.51%的硬脂酸、22.38%的油酸、38.46%的亚油酸,17.52%的γ-亚麻酸、4.02%的花生酸、3.06%的芥酸。[结论]琉璃苣种子油的开发利用前景广阔。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to determine the fatty acid content of Borage seed oil. [ Method] The Borage seed oil was extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid technique, and he content of fatty acid was analyzed by gas chromatography. [ Result ] The borage seed oil had a lot of nutritious,containing about 10.05% palmitic acid,4.51% stearic acid,22.38% oleic acid,38.46% linoleic acid, 17.52% γ - linolenic acid , 4.02% eicosanoic acid and 3.06% erucic acid. [ Conclusion] The development prospects of borage seed oil is very broad.
