智慧旅游公共服务评价指标研究——以四川省为例

Research on Smart Tourism Public Service Evaluating Indicators——Taking Sichuan Province as an Example

公共服务评价系统是智慧旅游公共服务体系的重要构件,对其进行客观有效的评价对顺利建设智慧旅游公共服务体系起着重要的指导意义。从"智慧"的视角,运用安全关键系统构建理论分析了旅游公共服务供给模式,并结合地方实践,提出了适合于四川省的智慧旅游公共服务体系;运用层次分析方法,选取42项指标,对所建立的智慧旅游公共服务体系进行了定量和定性分析,确定各级指标的权重,建立了一套智慧旅游公共服务的评价指标体系,为智慧旅游公共服务体系的建设和有关公共服务评价指标的设立提供参考。

Public service evaluation system was an important component of smart tourism public service system. Effective evaluation methods were playing an important guiding role on the construction process of the smart tourism public service system. From the perspective of ＂smart＂, this paper used the building method of safety - critical systems to analyze the supply model of the smart tourism public service and proposed a smart tourism public service system which was suitable for the Sichuan Province based on the local practice experience. Then, choosing 42 indicators, this paper used the method of analytic hierarchy process to analyze the public service system, which was proposed in this paper, from two aspects of quantitative and qualitative and to determine the values of indicators and at last put forward a set of smart tourism public service evaluating indicators system which could provide the reference for the construction of the smart tourism public service system.
